What to Expect After Payment

Appointments are required by the laboratory for semen analysis, in order to make an appointment you will need written orders from a physician. Male Reproductive Clinic will provide a requisition form (within 24 hours, M-F) containing written orders for semen analysis, after payment has been made. You will receive an interpreted semen analysis report (5-7 days) that will allow you to understand your current fertility and recommended next step.

You must have a requisition form before going to the laboratory.

Appointments at the laboratory are available Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00pm. You have the option of providing the sample at the laboratory (preferred) or providing sample at home but MUST be transported to lab within ONE HOUR of ejaculation.

Please do not schedule an appointment with the laboratory until we have sent you your requisition form to bring with you.
