As a urologist, Dr. Williams can offer both optimal medical treatment² and also minimally invasive in-office treatment for the prostate. In Dr. Williams' prostate care center, he offers laser treatment (Indigo) of the prostate that reduces chronic prostate enlargement and obstruction. Laser treatment of the prostate can relieve problems of prostate infections and inflammation (e.g., prostatitis). Laser treatment of the prostae allows 70-75% of men to be off long-term medication for prostate enlargement. The laser treatment is very well tolerated and associated with few side effects.
