Dr. Williams's main office is located at 9190 Old Katy Road, Suite 101, in Houston.

Appointments are also available in San Antonio on Floyd Curl Drive. These appointments are booked through our main phone number.

Coming from 610/Memorial Park

• Go west about two miles along Katy Freeway (I-10) going towards Beltway 8
• Take the Campbell exit onto the feeder road
• Stay on the west bound (north side of I-10) feeder road for one/half a block
• 9190 Old Katy Road is on the right half way down on the feeder road between Campbell and Blalock Road

Coming from Katy or Beltway 8

• Go east (towards 610/Memorial Park) approximately one mile from Beltway east towards Fiesta Supermarket
• Exit Campbell road and circle underneath (I-10 Katy Freeway)
• Stay on the westbound feeder road going between Campbell and Blalock
• 9190 Old Katy Road (Katy Freeway) is half way between Campbell and Blalock

North Cypress (Hwy 290) Office
Suite 230 in the Professional building

This office building is in the professional building of North Cypress Hospital which is located just north of 1960 on Hwy 290.

Coming from 610/Memorial park

• Go for about 15 miles on 290 past 1960 until the next exit Huffmister
• Exit Huffmister and look for the hospital at the corner of Huffmister and 290
• Professional building suite 230

Coming from west to east (Hempstead to Houston) along Hwy 290

• Exit Huffmister and circle under Hwy 290 and look for the hospital at Hwy 290 and Huffmister

Coming from Fm Road 1960

• Go west on 1960 to HWY290 and turn north (towards Hempstead)
• Go to the next exit Huffmister and look for the hospital at 290 and Huffmister

Cy Fair Hospital Location:

Coming from Hwy 290

• Take FM1960 exit and go west (half a mile) to FallBrook and FM1960
• The office is in the professional building on the first floor of the hospital.

Coming from FM 1960 and FM 249/HW 45

• Go west towards Hwy 290 (approximately half a mile from Hwy 290)
• Look for the Hospital (Cy Fair Hospital) between Jones Road and Fallbrook Road on Fm 1960
• The office is on the first floor of the professional building that adjoins the hospital

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Additionally, the lab offers weekend availability for intrauterine insemination.
